About Event

This conference (ALAP 2018) is intended to bring together researchers, practitioners and students working on various areas of computing like Distributed Systems and Security,
VLSI & Embedded Systems and Big data & Analytics. Many eminent speakers, both from academia and industry, will enlighten the audience from various perspectives, and thereby provide an overview of the state of the art in the field. The proceedings of the conference will consist of invited talks by eminent speakers from industry & academia, paper presentation sessions and tutorials. The dominant goal of the conference is the exchange of ideas, results, work-in-progress and experience on algorithmic aspects of Computational Science and Engineering. The proceedings of the conference will be published in Lecture Notes on Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies (LNSIST), Springer.

In order to prepare your submission for the Conference on Algorithms and Applications (ALAP), please note the following remarks:

Authors can submit full research papers of 16 pages maximum in Springer format via EasyChair (https://goo.gl/gEpCPd) submission portal. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
Submitted papers will undergo peer review and evaluated on the basis of originality, research contribution and relevance to the scope of the conference.
All accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes on Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies (LNSIST), Springer. Templates are available for LaTeX and Word in this link.
Author(s) of the accepted papers are expected to participate in the conference and present their paper. At least one author has to do full registration for publication in the proceedings.
